[OpenID] Changes to the OpenID Foundation member page login

Turns out that if you click on the "Members" link in the breadcrumbs, you'll
be signed in and not need to go throw the sign up process again.
I encountered a different and odder error:

What does it mean that I was able to sign in using an OpenID of "another
member" and that I should "use another"?

Oy. I like the overall sign-in experience from a design perspective, but
things like this give me pause about the overall impression that folks will
have if we can't even get OpenID right.
