[OpenID] pyopenid interoperability problems

Hi,

I've been implementing stuff with pyopenid and running into problems. If
you want to know the details of what I'm doing look over at
http://moin-test.sipsolutions.net/

Anyway, first problem is that apparently pyopenid uses
"http://specs.openid.net/auth/2.0/signon" as OPENID_2_0_TYPE and some
implementations expect http://openid.net/signon/2.0. After adding that
URL to my yadis discovery XML, botbouncer.com and jyte.com actually
accept me.

Should I be adding "http://openid.net/signon/1.1" as well?

Then I decided to go a bit further and try
https://verify.sxip.com/demorp/ and https://verify.sxip.com/email/. I
don't support attribute exchange (yet) but I figured that I'd get some
nice error message. However, the /email just gives me a nullpointer
exception in the java code that verify.sxip.com uses, and /demorp gives
me a problem on the python side.

moin-test.sipsolutions.net is available for experimentation if you feel
like it.
