[OpenID - Eu] Open Identity Summit - Scholarships for Students and Open Source Developers

Dear members of the OpenID community,

in order to make the Open Identity Summit 2013 more accessible 
for individual members of the community, the regional chapter 
Upper Franconia within the German Computer Science Society 
(Gesellschaft für Informatik e.V.), the IT-Cluster Oberfranken e.V. 
and the Open eCard Project joined forces and award a limited number 
of scholarships for free attendance to the Open Identity Summit 2013. 

The scholarships are open for everybody, but especially address students 
and open source developers. The deadline for application is August 30th,
2013.
