[OpenID - Eu] New Wiki for OpenID in Europe

Are you asking people to create more pages on http://openid.net/wiki  
or somewhere else? To not fragment the community, I would strongly  
recommend we use the same wiki world-wide, just like wikipedia does.

The openid.net wiki already has something like 8 languages on it and  
there is a defined structure for how to add other languages.
