The executive committee
and Roland Hedberg discussed a draft contract jointly developed by the foundation and a business administrator at Umeå University for deployment and operation of the OpenID Connect conformance testing software. The contract deliverables are worded in terms
of software deployment and operation and not software development. This is because officially the software has been and is being developed by the European Union GÉANT project. However, the executive committee recognizes that, to successfully deploy and operate
the software, any missing software will need to be developed.<o:p class=""></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"" class=""> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"" class="">A provision about delivering the source code and deployment information in a source code control system needs to be added to the
