[OpenID board] BoD attendance :: 2010 OpenID Summit West on April 5 & 6th

...right. But what if I'm planning to go but not necessarily planning to
present?

I don't want to take up someone else's seat that's more qualified — but I
would like to be there. Maybe I was confused about the
participation/presentation requirement?
