FYI, by design, any change to the IPR policies or procedures of the foundation requires a vote of the membership and a supermajority vote of the board. I believe that this would include using a different IPR contribution agreement, including the OWF's. This is doable. We've held such a vote once before to simplify the creation of working groups. But the board should be aware that this can't be done with just a board action. I believe that 1/4 of the members must turn out and vote, and a majority of those voting must approve of the changes.
