[OpenID board] Motion: allow use of OpenID trademark on Google Code (part 1 of 2)

Ok, thanks for the clarification.
Even better then: the motion really comes down to what Dewitt just outlined
-- that the foundation is cool with (i.e. "knows about and endorses") having
OpenID^tm used on the Google Code site.
