[OpenID board] Committees ...

Ok thanks -- wasn't sure if I missed some kind of formal process.
Yeah, given that the current committees seem to have mixed results, perhaps
before a committee is agreed upon,  it has to develop several deliverables
and a timeline and the board keeps the committee to their stated objectives,
monitors their progress, provides guidance, etc, and if the group doesn't
meet their goals, then the board can disband the committee.

It seems to me that smaller, squad-like action task forces that would be
limited in duration and scope would be potentially more effective than
ongoing committees that sound good in name and concept but end up not
producing ongoing results, or online produce one outcome and then go
dormant?
