The current policy is to consider it approved if there are no objections 
seven days after I publish the minutes. On this particular occasion, due 
to other commitments, I was a couple days late both in publishing the 
draft for the board to review and releasing it seven days later, which I 
will endeavour to avoid in future. However, I cannot do it any earlier 
than seven days after the board meeting due to standing policy.

If you'd like us to reconsider this policy then I'd be happy to raise it 
at the next board meeting, but I suspect that 24 hours would be 
considered too short since there would not be sufficient time for it to 
be reviewed by those who attended the meeting.
