This event is important because it is going to (hopefully) help guides
the future of data portability, social graphing, etc for the year to
come.  This is important to the OIDF because OpenID is considered a
"foundational" component of anything that happens in this space.  As
such, in the interest of raising the awareness of OpenID, the
Foundation and its community, it would behoove the OIDF to sponsor
this event.
