We've invited about 75 people who are doing interesting works around
social networking, the social graph, and technologies for data
portability. It will be organized like other FooCamp's and hosted by
O'Reilly. More information can be found here:

The money would be used to cover costs for the event; food, drinks,
snacks, t-shirts, etc. In addition, we'd use some of the money to
provide travel for people who need assistance in getting to the event.
