[OpenID board] CONTRIBUTION AGREEMENT

Hi All,

I can't help but feel that this maybe a good moment to consider a 
"Frequently asked questions" section on the web site. The question of 
whether you need a contribution agreement  may have a habit of repeating 
itself;)
