[OpenID board] CONTRIBUTION AGREEMENT

There definitely is a document to sign to become a contributor to an OpenID specification work group. The latest versions of these are attached (one intended to be executed online -- the other intended to be executed on paper).

Unfortunately, I didn't fine these online at http://openid.net/ipr/. I'll raise that issue at the next board call.

Hi.

So does this mean that there is no document to sign to be Contributor?
How do you know that one has agreed to the IPR policy?
(Note: a contributor does not even need to be a member.)
