[OpenID board] Status of the Customer Research Committee (Was: Re: [OpenID] Several Questions for the Current & Future Board)

I'm updating Joseph's tutorial for my book and will release it as a  
standalone chapter under CC as well.

We'll also be getting into things like SREG and AX usage as well as  
best practices, though ideally will be curating and gathering existing  
ideas rather than creating new ones.
