[OpenID board] Who changed the login flow in the middle of elections?

It seems to work now -- I don't think there was a prompt for an OpenID  
in the initial screen before. Now there is. That might have been  
because I have already been through it.

Definately was a shock the last time I went through as I have logged  
in a number of times and then suddenly I have a different UX.
