I think that this should be part of the process so it does not get lost and
we keep a balance, the other items is are all the positions elected or are
some appointed ?

Mike: have we already formed an executive committee that you are aware
of?  I have not been able to find it in the minutes although there was
some recollection of it on the 8/14/2008 call.

Tony: we have not discussed the balance of corporate v. community
board members on the executive committee.  It seems that if that's an
issue, we'd do the same thing we have done with the current full board
and have 3 community and 2 corporate board members assuming we could
fill out those ranks.
