+1 to doing the minutes on the wiki -- this is how XDI.org handles them and
it works very well. +1 also to locking the pages for approved minutes.

I think that'd be great. Is there a way of write-protecting the pages?
There will be people who think that they could "improve" the approved
minutes ...
