[OpenID board] Committee Lists

Hi All,

I've made a page[1] on the wiki for listing the active committees, their 
objectives and their members. However, I'm not entirely sure who is on 
which committees, so I invite you all to fill that page. I've added the 
Trademark committee that we just formed to the list as a starting point.

If it turns out that we get loads and loads of committees later then we 
can start using separate pages for each, but I think this will suffice 
for now.
