[OpenID board] Are the archives of this list public?

I tried pointing someone at http://openid.net/pipermail/board/, but that
doesn't appear to be public. 

 

I thought this list was publicly archived, as well as publicly subscribable
(apparently I can post to it to if this gets through), but I could be wrong,

 

Just wondering if the archives were non-public on purpose.
